How to access CERN Library electronic resources from outside CERN

Thanks to CERN IT department, CERN Library Proxy Service now provides off-site access to electronic journals, dictionaries and encyclopedias that are licensed by the CERN library.

To use this service, please Register [CERN accounts only] and follow the instructions for browser configuration, it has to be done only once. The activation of the service might take several minutes, please be patient.

Then, you can access the resources as usual ; outside CERN, you will be asked for your CERN account login.

• Electronic journals
• Online encyclopaedias and dictionaries
• Bibliographic databases
• CERN Document server
